This service is suitable for adolescents who would benefit from structured, supportive counselling. It does not replace specialised mental health treatment, crisis intervention, or clinical family therapy, and referrals will be provided when a higher level of care is required.

Newborns and infants are always welcome to attend sessions with you, ensuring you can access support without added pressure or separation.
